Yes, you can use content processing applications like VIDIZMO Text & Speech Analyzer or Azure ARM Indexer to generate multi-lingual transcriptions for your content. You can also alternatively upload multi-lingual closed caption files files for your video. You can switch languages using the a Language Selector option for closed captioning on the playback page.
